These terms cover your use of davosaccess.com, the private accommodation list, the side event directory and the Davos Access AI connector. By using them you accept these terms.

Davos Access is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the World Economic Forum. We do not issue, sell or arrange WEF accreditation or badges.

Information on the site

Our guides, dates, walking times, event listings and speaker pages are written with care and checked, but Davos week changes quickly: programmes move, venues change and places are taken. Use the information to plan, and confirm anything important with us or with the host before you rely on it. Walking times and distances are estimates.

Accommodation and services

Places on our lists come from owners, hosts and agents, and the details are as they gave them to us. Availability is confirmed before anything is booked. Every stay, venue or service we arrange is set out in its own written quote and terms, which apply to that booking.

The private accommodation list and its access code are for the person or organisation we sent them to. Please do not share them or copy the list.

Events and listings

Side events in the directory are run by their hosts, who are responsible for their events, registration and access. Paid placements are always labelled as sponsored. If you list an event with us, you confirm the details are accurate and that you may share them.

The AI connector

The connector at https://davosaccess.com/mcp is free, read-only and provided as it is. It answers from the same public information as this site, may change or pause without notice, and is for planning and personal or business research. Please do not use it to copy our directory or guides in bulk.

Content

The text, data and photographs on this site belong to Davos Access or to the people who allowed us to use them. Quote and link to us freely; please ask before republishing larger parts.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Davos Access is not liable for losses arising from the use of information on this site or the connector. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
