A record people can check
The programme around Davos week changes every year. Houses open and close, hosts move, dinners come and go, and most of it was never written down in one place. We keep it: each entry has a host, a venue, a day, how people got in, and the page it came from.
A record is only as good as its sources, so every entry shows where it came from and when we last checked it. That is also what lets you rely on this year's list.

- Programmes of the Davos week outside the Congress Centre, kept year by year with a source for each entry. We hold the 2026 edition in full: 497 mapped side events across 42 venues. Earlier years are being collected.
- Which years do you hold?
- 2026 is complete and searchable. We are collecting 2025 and earlier, and each year goes live once there is enough checked material to make it useful.
- Can I send programmes or photos from an earlier Davos?
- Yes. Send links, programmes, speaker lists as they were published, press coverage, venue details and photos you took or hold the rights to. A person checks each item against its source before anything is published, and you choose whether you are credited.
- Do you publish guest lists or private details?
- No. The archive records public programmes: event names, hosts, venues, days and how people got in. We leave out private guest lists and details about people who did not agree to be named.
The way forward
If you hold something sensitive that matters for the record, ask us and we say what we can do with it.
- Can I have something removed or corrected?
- Yes, at any time. Write to us with the entry and what should change, and a person acts on it.
- Where is this year's list?
- The Davos 2027 side events page lists what hosts have announced so far, checked with each of them. The archive is for the years that have passed.
