Office, meeting space and events in Davos for WEF week
An organisation sending people to the Annual Meeting needs somewhere to work, somewhere to meet the people it came for, and sometimes somewhere to host them. Beds come after that.
We hold privately held apartments and chalets close to the Congress Centre, most of them never listed publicly, many within a five-minute walk. Send us the brief and we match them against what you need: how many people fit in a room, whether guests can reach the door and what the building allows. Where we cannot confirm something we say so.
The Annual Meeting runs 18 to 22 January 2027. Central options fill six to nine months ahead, so what is left for January is limited and changes by the day. The earlier the brief arrives, the more of it we can still work with.

What we look for
An office and meeting base
A privately held apartment or chalet close to the Congress Centre, set up for work, or space along the Promenade where shopfronts are taken over as Houses for the week. Wi-Fi that holds with a full room, a room that seats the group, a door visitors can find.
Before we put one to you we check it against your brief: the largest room, the connection, and how visitors get in.
An event of your own
A private dinner, a reception, a briefing or a roundtable, for a handful of people or a few hundred. We find the venue and coordinate the practical side with the people who run it: capacity, catering, how guests arrive, timing against the programme.
For dinners in particular, see private dining in Davos.
Somewhere to stay
Beds for some or all of the team, in Davos or in Klosters, placed against the days people are actually in the room.
Placing a team and Klosters are written out in full.
Near the Congress Centre, in practice
The Congress Centre is at Talstrasse 49a. Talstrasse 40 is 221 metres from it, about three minutes on foot, closer than any of the large hotels. Along the Promenade the house number decides the walk, at roughly 19 metres a number.
In 2026 the security perimeter covered Talstrasse 40 to 55, Promenade 85 to 115 and Promenade 155 to 165. The Cantonal Police redraw it every year. Whether an address is inside it changes how visitors arrive and what a car can do, so we check the current layout against the house number before we put an address to you.
The town is written out street by street, with measured walking times, on the accommodation guide and in zones and walking times.
What we need from you
A short answer to any of these is enough to start.
- How many people, and how many of them need beds
- Which days. A working base is often needed for fewer days than a stay
- How many meetings at the same time, and the largest group in one room
- How close to the Congress Centre it has to be
- Whether people from outside your team come through the door
- A rough budget for the week
- Who decides, by when, and whether it goes through a formal procurement process
How it works
- You send the brief. Half formed is fine.
- We check it against what is real for your dates and tell you what we can and cannot confirm.
- You receive a shortlist with measured walk times, what each space can hold and what each one costs.
- You decide. The agreement is between you and the owner or provider of the space.
What we will not do
- Send you a space we have not checked against your brief. Availability for your dates is confirmed with the owner or provider, address by address.
- Call a space meeting-ready until somebody has checked it.
- Arrange WEF badges. They are issued by the Forum.
- Publish who asked us for what.

Questions organisations ask
Can you find office space in Davos for WEF week?
We look for it against your brief. During the Annual Meeting the working space in Davos is mostly hotel facilities, apartments and chalets set up for meetings, plus the shopfronts along the Promenade that are taken over as Houses for the week. Which of them is free for your dates is confirmed address by address.
How close to the Congress Centre can a meeting base be?
The Congress Centre is at Talstrasse 49a. Talstrasse 40 is 221 metres from it, about three minutes on foot. Along the Promenade the house number decides the walk, at roughly 19 metres a number. The security perimeter is redrawn every year, so we check the current layout against the exact address.
Can you help us host a private dinner or reception during WEF week?
Yes. We find the venue and coordinate the practical side with the people who run it: capacity, catering, how guests reach the door and timing against the rest of the programme. Tell us the kind of event and the number of guests.
How early do we need to ask?
Central options in Davos fill six to nine months ahead, so for January 2027 what remains is limited and changes by the day. Send the brief as soon as you have one, even a partial one.
Can you get us WEF badges or accreditation?
No. Accreditation is issued by the Forum and nobody can sell it. We help with everything around it.
Do you publish who you work with?
No. We do not publish who asked us for what, or who stayed where.
This is one part of the week. Everything for Davos 2027 — dates, planning, where to stay, how access works and who is speaking.
