AI was the biggest subject of Davos week. Of the 497 side events we mapped in 2026, 112 were about AI and compute, more than any other subject.
Tech companies come to meet customers, investors and governments in one place, and many host their own dinner or House. We help you find the base, the rooms and the people, and we are on the ground when plans change.
Where the tech conversation happens
In 2026 the AI rooms were everywhere: Houses on the Promenade, hotel lounges, breakfasts, panels and dinners, most of them outside the official programme. Investors, founders, governments and the largest companies in the world were all in the same few streets for one week.

What a tech team needs for the week
Most teams come with a short list of people to meet and very little time to find them. The week works when the logistics disappear.
- A base: a chalet or apartments for the whole team, walkable to the Promenade, with a room for meetings.
- The right rooms: the side events where your customers, investors and partners actually are, chosen by goal with Davos Match.
- Your own table: a private dinner or a small salon for the people you came to see.
- A stage: introductions to the side events looking for speakers with your subject.
- Last minute: a bed, a meeting room or a venue when plans change mid-week.
Hosting in Davos
A dinner for twenty, a roundtable, a reception or a whole House: we find the venue, shape the format, help bring in the guests you want and handle the logistics on the ground. We organised a complete esports and gaming event end to end, so we know what a full build takes.

How it works
Send a brief with your dates, how many people and what you want from the week. A person on the ground replies, usually within hours, with real options: places from our private list, venues, and the rooms worth your time.
We have done this for twelve years, first as HomeDavos and now as Davos Access, for first-timers and for teams who come every January. We never name clients.

- How many AI events are there in Davos week?
- In 2026 we mapped 112 side events on AI and compute, out of 497 across 42 venues: by far the largest single subject of the week. 2027 programmes are added to the directory as hosts publish them.
- Where should a tech team stay in Davos?
- Ideally a chalet or a group of apartments the whole team can share, close to the Promenade, with a room for meetings. Central places let for the whole week and go six to nine months ahead; Klosters gives more space if you accept the drive in.
- Do I need a WEF badge to do business in Davos?
- No. Most side events need a registration or an invitation, and most of the useful meetings of the week happen in Houses, hotel lounges and private dinners outside the Congress Centre.
- Can a company host its own dinner or event in Davos?
- Yes, and many tech companies do. Venues and dates go early, so start with the format and the guests you want, and we find the room, the date and the logistics.
